Returns Policy

BLOODY VAPES complies with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs)

Returns for Unwanted Items

Bloody Vapes complies with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs), which apply when purchasing products or services from suppliers without face-to-face contact, and where the consumer hasn’t had an opportunity to examine the goods before buying or discuss the service in person.

To return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving it and then return it within another 14 days from the notification. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Eligibility for Returns: Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. All hardware must be in its original packaging, including any outer sleeve, as these contain the product serial numbers. We cannot accept hardware returns without this packaging.

Exemptions: Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened e-liquids
  • Tanks/Atomisers that have been filled with liquid or used
  • Vape Kits that have been filled with liquid or used
  • Drip tips (mouthpieces)
  • Opened coils

To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@bloodyvapes.co.uk, providing your order number and reason for the return. Once authorized, we will send you a returns form to complete and include with the returned goods. If you cannot print the form, please include a written note with your name, address, email address, order number, and reason for the return.

Ensure that items are well-packaged to prevent damage during transit. Use old newspaper or any suitable wrapping material. Obtain proof of postage, as you will be liable for any lost items. We will acknowledge receipt of your return and advise on the next steps. Refunds usually take 5 days to process, but please allow up to 14 days.

Faulty Disposables: Report any faulty disposable items to our Customer Service Team within 72 hours of receiving them, and provide evidence or return the item on request. Contact us at Info@bloodyvapes.co.uk, and our team will respond within 2 business days (Mon-Fri).

Other Faulty Items: Report faults as soon as noticed. We offer a minimum 30-day guarantee on all vaping hardware, with possible extensions depending on manufacturer policy.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. There may be some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at Info@bloodyvapes.uk.

Exchanges: For exchanges, the quickest method is to reorder the item you need and return the unwanted items for a refund using our returns process. This ensures you receive the correct items quickly and your refund is processed once the returned items are received.

Returns Shipping: We will cover shipping costs for faulty items and those sent to you in error. For unwanted items, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs for unwanted items are non-refundable. If your order didn’t qualify for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If shipping an item over £30, consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items and are not liable for lost parcels.
